CodeFlight Business Policies

These policies outline how we schedule, deliver, and manage services to ensure a smooth experience and consistent, high-quality results. They apply to all bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our goal is transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect — not rigid enforcement. If you ever have questions, we’re happy to walk through them.

Scheduling & Access

• Same-day appointments are not available. Next-day appointments must be booked by 6:00 PM the prior evening.

• Properties must be fully photo-ready upon arrival. If not ready, options will be discussed with the agent and may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

• Access instructions must be provided in advance. Waiting time may be accommodated up to one hour depending on schedule.

• Weather-related scheduling decisions are coordinated with the agent, especially for drone services.

Service Area & Travel

• Our standard service area includes properties located within 40 miles (one-way) of our primary service location. No travel fee applies within this radius.

• For properties beyond 40 miles, a flat travel fee per order applies based on one-way distance:

• 41–60 miles: $35

• 61–80 miles: $60

• 81–100 miles: $85

• Over 100 miles: Custom quote required

• Distances are calculated one-way, not round trip. Travel fees are a flat, per-order charge and are not applied per mile or per direction.

• When multiple properties are scheduled in the same area on the same day, travel fees may be reduced or waived at our discretion.

• A minimum order value of $249 applies to all bookings, regardless of distance. Travel fees are additional and do not count toward the minimum order value.

Revisions, Reshoots & Deliverables

• Photo counts are guidelines; final delivery reflects professional judgment.

• Minor edits are included. Requests requiring a return visit may incur additional fees.

• Reshoots due to technical issues or missed areas are covered. Preference-based or seasonal reshoots are not.

• Weather-improvement requests are treated as new or add-on services.

Square Footage & Package Selection

• Package selection is based on the total area photographed, not solely on reported livable square footage from MLS, tax records, or third-party sources such as Zillow.

• Homes with unfinished basements, garages, bonus rooms, or other non-livable areas that require photography or 3D capture may require a higher package than initially selected.

• If the selected package does not accurately reflect the scope of the property, the order may be adjusted prior to delivery to reflect appropriate coverage.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations or reschedules made with 24 or more hours’ notice will not incur a trip charge.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $75 trip charge.

• If arrival is made and the property is unavailable, not ready, or inaccessible, a $125 trip charge will apply. Applicable travel fees may also apply if travel has already occurred.

• Weather-related cancellations communicated in advance will not incur a trip charge. If weather prevents completion after arrival, a trip charge may apply at our discretion.

• Rescheduled appointments are treated the same as cancellations for timing purposes. In some cases, trip charges may be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled booking.

Payment, Delivery & Usage Rights

• Payment is required before downloading delivered media, with discretion for trusted

clients.

• Standard media delivery is typically the next business day; add-ons may require more

time.

• Rush delivery is case-by-case and not guaranteed.

• Delivered media is licensed for listing and marketing use. Copyright is retained.

• Galleries are archived for a limited time; restorations may incur fees.
