CodeFlight Agent Expectations

Our goal is a smooth, efficient process with consistently high-quality results. Clear expectations make that possible.

Before the Shoot

• Book by 6:00 PM for next-day service.

• Ensure the property is fully photo-ready.

• Provide clear access instructions in advance.

• Communicate any weather sensitivity concerns early.

• Bookings are subject to minimum service requirements based on scope and logistics.

During the Shoot

• Photo counts are guidelines, not hard limits.

• Coverage is based on the total area photographed, which may differ from reported livable square footage.

• Additional coverage may be recommended when unfinished or non-livable spaces are included.

Service Area & Travel

• Our services cover a broad geographic area; travel considerations are based on property location.

• Properties located farther from our primary service area may be subject to an extended travel fee.

• Travel details are confirmed after booking to ensure accuracy and fairness.

After Delivery

• Minor edits are included.

• Photo swaps or small changes are welcome within reason.

• Return visits are treated as new or add-on services.

Cancellations & Access

• Cancellations or reschedules made with 24 or more hours' notice are not charged.

• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, or access issues after arrival, may result in a trip charge.

• Repeated issues may require prepayment or limit future bookings.

Payment & Usage

• Payment is required before download (with discretion for trusted clients).

• Delivered media are licensed for listing and marketing use; copyright is retained.
